Clean , very friendly staff. The food was nice too .

The staff in the dining room were lovely but need to be told that when taking away your old plates not to lean over people when they are eating and to go round.

This hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the entertainment programs were very nice. The beach and pool were nice and clean. The food taste was good although varieties in food wasn't much.

The room consumables ( toilet papers tissues, shampoo, showergell, and hand soap) need to be improved.

A nice relaxing trip with very friendly locals and staff.

The hotel was in a safe location close to shops and the staff were very nice! There were also free shuttle buses to most places of interest.

There wasn't a beach on-site, but there were free shuttle buses to local ones.

Good access to pools and different beaches. Staff were hospitable.

Hotel is a little dated which i don't mind however wasn't particularly well cleaned in the room- hair and sand when checked in, bird poo on the balcony and black mould in the shower. Would be good if facilities (pool and gym) opened earlier than 10am

Lovelly area, I will come again

The staff was very nice and helpfull, good food and choice in the restaurant, the beauty salon was clean and has a professional team. The vendor at the shop, Peter very kind and helpfull.

I did not had enough light to read in my bed. The free shuttle at 09:30pm was not available.

Family room spacious

Family room spacious Location of the room opposite little pool which was very handy with 2 young children. Basem the reception manager was very helpful in dealing with matters, thank you! Staff very helpful. Specially Akram at the pool bar.

Forgot to bring out my wifes birthday cake when having our evening meal, which was ordered 2 days in advance at a specific time. Animation/entertainment possibly worse i have come across, and at times non existent. The mini disco each night started at different times in different locations. Not to mention having it in the reception area where the floor was very slippy and having saw 3 kids take a fall. Seems health and safety for kids is irrelevant. Personally This is probably due to poor management from the entertainment/animation team. The Kids club was only opened once more Egyptian kids arrived (4days into our holiday) and not for the handful of children that were already at the property. This really needs looking into. Whether you have 5 or 50 kids at the property, activities should remain the same. Overall the organisation was very very poor.

"Finally a great stay in Egypt"

I had been at a nearby property and was not very happy so moved here to the St George. It was so much better. The lobby area is nice and welcoming with plenty of light. I arrived early and as they had rooms available they gave me an early check-in which was appreciated. The property has two wings, each with a very nice pool and plenty of sun lounges which is usually not the case in many other properties. The room was nice and one of the first properties I stayed in with actual duvets on the bed (I would still like to see a property with fitted sheets). There were a few scuff marks on the wall but other than that the room was a good size and functional. They still have old style televisions and I would highly recommend upgrading to flat screen. The fridge is only a minibar fridge however you can get ice from the bars. The sliding door of the room opened up to a small private patio and sitting area that even had a place to hang your clothes which was nice. The swimming pools were very clean, water clear and inviting. They had lots of other services on offer. I had to rush for breakfast in the morning as I needed to take a bus to Taba but what I had was good and the set up looked very nice. The offer of a free shuttle to the bay area was nice. I was hoping to take the shuttle to the beach and walk back but it was too far. The Heavenly Cathedral is not far and an absolute must see. It might just have been the most beautiful thing I have seen in all of Egypt. I found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming.

Like most of the properties in Sharm el Sheik it is a bit of a distance to walk to anywhere. Thankfully my favourite restaurant called Fayrouz (by the blue bus station) by the Delta Sharm hotel was not too far to walk. There are many abandoned properties along the City Hall road and all throughout Sharm el Sheik which is quite sad. The trip down from Cairo by bus was simply a nightmare with all the security checks which turned the 6 hour trip into 10. The Rowyssat bus station is also very far out of town and naturally both the mini buses and the taxi's try to rip you off which is a real shame in a place that is lacking tourists. I hate to say it because the stay at the St George was so lovely but if your not coming to Sharm el Sheik to dive then there is no other reason to make the stop. I was on my way to Israel and Taba. The drive to Taba was even worse and there is nothing in Taba either. It is just very sad.

One week relaxing in a cosy hotel.

We have been in St. George for the second time, and we loved it again! Staff are very kind and helpful, food are tasty and varied. Delicious cakes and confectionery every day, thaks for the pastry cook. Shuttle bus every day to the seaside, many times to Naama bay and Old Market.

Animation team is not so entertaining, especiallly the rude animator guy. It would be necessary more sport programme at the seaside, because all day is very boring there.... Should need club dance, yoga or streching...there was morning gym sometimes, but it was a joke, not a real sport programme...the animator was very childish.

Hotel's coral beach was awesome that could be accessed by hotel shuttle free of charge. Needs to be booked a night before. Breakfast was not bad
